DMCA Policy & Copyright Infringement Notification

The Castle Mod APK (“us”, “we”, or “our”) takes copyright very seriously, and asks our users to do the same. This page is for copyright owners or their authorized representatives to contact RWS Technology to report potential copyright infringement on content seen or used onFor copyright owners who believe that work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and that it is accessible on RWS Technology, there are two options for notification.

Our Service is a streaming app where you can watch lots of content. Despite our best efforts, in good faith, we may miss something, and will not become aware of it until the relevant laws change or some other event triggers this free and open discussion.

How to File A DMCA Takedown Notice

DMCA COPYRIGHT CONSENT In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(2)), a copyright owner or its agent may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to the designated DMCA Agent of Castle Mod APK if you believe that any content within the Castle Mod APK has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement. 6. Your Signature: The signature (as appropriate) of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Please be warned that insufficient notifications, or notifications given with insufficient time for the conditions to be analysed, may be ignored.

Where You Should File Your DMCA Takedown Notice

To ensure that your complaint gets resolved correctly and as quickly as possible, YOU MUST send a DMCA Takedown Notice to the official address via the in app form:

You must notify us in writing in the event you wish to cancel in full; such notice to be served via customer services within the Castle Mod APK.

If you file your claim with the in-APK customer service portal, this allows us to promptly receive, track and process your claim. We disregard notices received outside of the proper notification process.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you are a user and you feel that your User Submission has been removed from the Service in error, you can file a Counter-Notice To be effective, the counter-notice must be a written submission that includes all of the following items:

4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Should we receive a valid counter-notification from you, we may at our own discretion choose to restore the content in question.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers of these Terms of Use or the DMCA or those who violate copyright laws in any other way we find appropriate. We have the right to limit or terminate your use of any energy art and your ID in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if any infringement is held to be essential, on any grounds or completely independent of policy conditions.
